Very thankful that this honest and trusting company exists! I had a previous company come out and do work for me. They lied about the material they used and my plumbing failed. Thankfully I was able to get Custom Fit Plumbing out and they correctly fixed the whole issue at a good price and in less time than they originally quoted. Called them about plumbing leaks under the sink. They were responsive, came out next day for a free quote, and got to work the next day. They were informative, personable, and the work is superb! When I told others about the price, they were shocked with how good it was compared to other companies.

I called Custom Fit Plumbing at 5 or 6pm on a Monday night, and they came out the next day at 8am. I live in the Dayton area, and even though it isn't part of their normal service area, they were still willing to come out. I had called 3 other companies first, and each one guessed a different problem with a higher price. Custom Fit Plumbing asked several questions, had a great guess about what was going on, and had an answer in under an hour. They fixed the problem and even put my drywall back together like a puzzle, securing it with a screw. I ended up paying about a quarter of what the other companies quoted, and they waived the service fee since they did the work.
The guys replaced an outside hydrant for us and did a great job. They came quickly, did great work, and were very professional. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
